![]() ![]() Kristie 1: It was that Hunter Just Wouldn’t Shut Up about how good they’d be together, about how much he wanted her and on and on. But that was just a tiny thing compared to what started to bother me when reading on. Kristie 1: I’m not quite sure, it was never explained enough to my satisfaction. Hunter wants to have a sizzling affair with Natalia, and while she thinks he’s the bee’s knees and the cats’ pajamas, she doesn’t want to have one with him. Our hero Hunter and heroine Natalia, as he calls her, meet just before the wedding of their best friends – though I did find it a bit odd that considering how close the two of them were to their friends they’d never met before. Kristie 2: But it’s a Vi Keeland book and you like her books a lot. Kristie 1: Well, in all honesty, it’s more like not a lot, since I was disappointed in her previous book. ![]() Kristie 2: Why on earth not? It’s a Vi Keeland book and you love her books. Kristie 1: I don’t think I’m going to finish this book. ![]() I had a serious conversation with myself about this book and whether to finish it.
